Welcome to Stewart's Apiaries, where bees and the Pine Barrens meet.  This time of the year the bees are starting up, and things are rolling towards blueberry pollination, a busy time of the year.  Keep checking back as the website isn't static.  We are taking deposits for 2013 nucs.  

With new growth this year, our bees are being wintered in the South, so we will no longer call our own bees "local" for any queens we sell.  However, we are contacting our customers from past years to find the best of our nucs we have sold, and will be grafting from them, in order to maintain our line of NJ winter hardy genetics.  However, because of our new resources, we will also be able to offer earlier nucs in April with queens purchased from a southern queen breeder.  In this way we hope to be able to better supply our customers with more options and better products!
